Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items: Only unopened and undamaged physical items (such as fabric samples, paint swatches, etc.) are eligible for return. Digital deliverables, design consultations, and custom-made items are not returnable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Helpme@weekendhome.net within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

* Digital downloads

* Design consultations

* Custom-designed items

* Items that are damaged due to customer misuse
